Campsite Rules

We are committed to making sure that everyone enjoys their stay, so our rules apply to everyone for everyone's benefit. Please respect them to help us keep our campsite an enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Bookings & Queries

  • We are an adult only campsite (18+).
     

  • Our pitches are limited to 3 people per pitch.
     

  • As the campsite is small and customers often choose our site for its peaceful atmosphere, unfortunately we do not take group bookings. As a result, we allow an absolute maximum of 2 pitches to be booked together.
     

  • Arrival times are between 1pm and 6pm. If you wish to arrive later this is only by prior consent. It is not always possible so do not assume you can arrive later. The pitch needs to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
     

  • To book additional cars/tow cars, larger awnings that are over 2.5m in width, or vans that are towing caravans, contact us at cotswoldcarpfarm@gmail.com before booking online. It is not always possible, but we will try to accommodate you.
     

  • Our phone line is only available during business hours and during our active booking season.

Restrictions

  • No day visitors are allowed on the campsite. We have limited facilities and like to protect everyone's privacy and security. If you want to meet friends and family on holiday please arrange to meet them off site.
     

  • We allow gas BBQs only. No campfires, disposable BBQs, firepits or charcoal BBQs.
     

  • The electricity on site is not for charging electric vehicles, but there are charging points available in the village. Feel free to ask at reception where vehicles can be charged.
     

  • Please keep noise to a minimum to respect your neighbours. No loud music or flashing lights.

Pets & Wildlife

  • Unfortunately, fishing is not available as the fish farm was deregistered many years ago. However, the farm is now a nature reserve, and attracts plenty of other wildlife.
     

  • We do not charge for dogs, but they must be kept on leads at all time. We also ask that they are picked up after across the whole campsite - including the meadow. If you have more than 2 dogs, please email to confirm before booking.
